Julie Burns
Julie Burns serves as the Executive Director for Monogram at GE Appliances. In this role, she leads brand strategy, marketing, and innovation for the company’s luxury appliance brand—guiding teams across the Monogram Design Center, Experience Center, Install Center and designer engagement programs. With over two decades of luxury marketing experience, Julie is passionate about shaping Monogram’s presence as a symbol of craftmanship, performance and modern lry. Before joining GE Appliances, Julie was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at ABLE, where she drove multi-channel growth through innovative campaigns across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce. She previously held leadership positions at L’Oréal USA, where she spearheaded CRM and loyalty strategies for Kiehl’s and L’Oréal Luxe, and at Hilton Worldwide, where she oversaw global brand and business strategies for the company’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio. Julie is also a dedicated supporter and board member of the LEE Initiative, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing equity, opportunity and positive change within the restaurant industry.
