Our mission is to promote diversity, equity, and sustainability in the restaurant industry by empowering culinary employment, supporting inclusive mentorship and training, and conducting research to address critical industry challenges.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary creativity and community impact as Monogram partners with The LEE Initiative for two exclusive benefit dinners on January 21 and January 22, 2026.

Hosted inside the stunning Monogram Experience Center, this intimate and interactive event invites guests to step into the kitchen alongside Monogram’s acclaimed chefs, Chef Patrick Roney and Chef Brian Logsdon, for a hands-on culinary experience like no other. Each evening will feature a multi course menu prepared across cooking stations, where guests can engage directly with Monogram’s state-of-the-art appliances - from the handcrafted sophistication of the Hearth Oven and the versatility of the Five-in-One Oven, to the precision of the Induction Cooktop and the refined power of the Professional Range. Guests will also enjoy a curated selection of exceptional food, fine wine, and Angel's Envy bourbon, complemented by a silent auction.

Limited to just 20 guests, this experiential dinner combines culinary excellence with purpose. All proceeds will directly support The LEE Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a more equitable and sustainable hospitality industry through mentorship, education, and community programs.

Tickets are priced at $1,000 per couple or $600 per individual.

Space is extremely limited - reserve your spot today!
