Katy Schmid is the Senior Executive Officer of National Programs at The Arc of the United States, which is one of the largest and oldest national organizations focused on supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. Katy leads the National Programs team and serves as a key organizational leader, collaborating directly with the CEO and senior leadership on the furthering the mission of The Arc and expanding programmatic partnerships that empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live fully inclusive lives.

Julie Burns serves as the Executive Director for Monogram at GE Appliances. In this role, she leads brand strategy, marketing, and innovation for the company’s luxury appliance brand—guiding teams across the Monogram Design Center, Experience Center, Install Center and designer engagement programs. With over two decades of luxury marketing experience, Julie is passionate about shaping Monogram’s presence as a symbol of craftmanship, performance and modern luxury.
